    The item, in my opinion, is not very accurate. I'm not giving an expert opinion, but I have another resistance band that indicates it's only 10kg. This resistance band allows for resistance adjustment from 5 to 100kg. And the lowest level on this resistance band is definitely not 5, not 10, and not even 20kg.
